Growbeautyio provides professional clothing repair and alteration services including but not limited to hem adjustments, zipper replacements, seam repairs, and custom alterations. All services are subject to assessment and may vary based on garment condition and complexity.

Service Agreement

When you bring items to us for repair or alteration:

• We will provide an estimate based on our assessment of the work required
• You authorize us to proceed with the work upon your acceptance of the quote
• Payment is due upon collection of completed items unless otherwise arranged
• We retain the right to refuse service for items beyond repair or restoration

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about garment requirements
• Collect completed items within the agreed timeframe
• Inspect items upon collection and report any issues immediately
• Pay for services rendered in accordance with the agreed quote

Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about garments and service requirements
• Respect our staff and other customers
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our business operations
• Comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these acceptable use standards.

Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care with all garments entrusted to us, Growbeautyio cannot be held liable for:

• Pre-existing damage not disclosed at time of service
• Normal wear and tear of older or delicate fabrics
• Color variations in fabrics, threads, or materials
• Items left uncollected for more than three months
• Consequential or indirect damages arising from our services
• Loss or damage to items beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the value of the service fee paid for the specific item in question. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a repair or alteration, please notify us within seven days of collection. We will assess the issue and make reasonable efforts to resolve it to your satisfaction.

Pricing

All prices are estimates and may vary based on actual work required. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with the work. Prices are subject to change without notice, though quoted prices will be honored for accepted work orders.

Intellectual Property

All content on growbeautyio.world, including text, images, and design elements, is the property of Growbeautyio and protected by applicable copyright laws.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. We will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns promptly and fairly.

If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, you may:

• Seek assistance from the Citizens Advice consumer service
• Use alternative dispute resolution services if available
• Pursue legal remedies through the UK courts as appropriate

Nothing in this section limits your right to take legal action or your rights under UK consumer protection legislation.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have rights under the laws of those jurisdictions, and nothing in these terms affects those rights.
