Return Period (14 days under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you book our services online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your service agreement within 14 days of placing your order, without giving any reason.
If you cancel within this 14-day period:
- You must inform us of your decision to cancel before we have completed the work
- If work has already begun with your explicit consent, you may still be liable for the value of services already provided
- We will refund any payments received within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice

Return Conditions
For completed work, returns and adjustments are subject to the following conditions:
- Issues must be reported within 7 days of collection
- Garments must be returned in the same condition as when collected
- Items must not have been altered, damaged, or worn after collection
- Original service receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
- Returns are subject to our assessment to determine if the issue is covered under our guarantee
Return Shipping Costs
If you need to return an item for adjustment or repair of a workmanship issue:
- We will cover return shipping costs for items with confirmed workmanship defects
- For items returned for reasons not covered by our guarantee, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- For local customers, we recommend bringing items directly to our location to avoid shipping costs
Return Process
To return an item for adjustment or refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of collection to report the issue
- Provide details about the problem and your service receipt
- We will assess the issue and determine if it is covered under our guarantee
- If approved, we will arrange for return or provide instructions for bringing the item to our location
- Upon receipt, we will either repair the issue at no additional cost or process a refund if repair is not possible
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval using the original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
The following items or situations are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been altered, damaged, or worn after collection
- Services that have been completed to specification and you are simply dissatisfied with the result (unless there is a workmanship defect)
- Items with pre-existing damage that was not disclosed at the time of service
- Custom work that has been completed according to your specifications
- Items left uncollected for more than three months
Consumer Rights under UK Law
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have statutory rights when purchasing services in the UK:
- Right to services performed with reasonable care and skill: Services must be carried out with the standard of care and skill that a reasonable person would expect
- Right to services completed within a reasonable time: If no time is agreed, services must be completed within a reasonable timeframe
- Right to services at a reasonable price: If no price is agreed, you should pay a reasonable price
- Right to have problems corrected: If services are not performed with reasonable care and skill, we must correct the problem at no extra cost
- Right to a price reduction or refund: If problems cannot be corrected or are not corrected within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or full refund
These statutory rights are in addition to our service guarantee and cannot be excluded or limited.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a service order:
- Within 14 days of placing an order (for online or phone orders) under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided work has not begun
- At any time before work begins, subject to any cancellation fees that may apply
- After work begins only with our agreement, and you may be liable for work already completed
To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees, if any, will be clearly communicated before you commit to the service.
Refund Procedure
If you are entitled to a refund under this policy or UK consumer law:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval or cancellation
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
- If the original payment method is no longer available, we will arrange an alternative refund method
- Partial refunds may be issued if only part of the service is affected or if work has already begun
- You will receive confirmation of the refund amount and processing timeline
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
If we have provided materials or goods as part of our service that are faulty or not as described:
- Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days
- We will replace faulty materials or provide a full refund for the cost of those materials
- If materials are faulty and have caused damage to your garment, we will repair or compensate for the damage
- We will investigate any claims of faulty materials promptly and take appropriate action
This applies to any materials, threads, zippers, or other goods we supply as part of our repair or alteration services.
Service Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for all repair and alteration services. If you are not satisfied with the work we have performed, we will make it right. Our guarantee includes:
- Complimentary adjustments within seven days of collection
- Repair of any workmanship issues at no additional charge
- Professional assessment of any concerns you may have
Inspection Period
We encourage you to inspect your garments immediately upon collection. If you notice any issues with the work performed, please bring them to our attention within seven days. This allows us to address any concerns promptly while the work is fresh.
What Is Covered
Our service guarantee covers:
- Workmanship defects in repairs and alterations
- Stitching or seam issues resulting from our work
- Incorrect sizing or measurements when we were responsible
- Any failure to complete the agreed-upon service
What Is Not Covered
Our guarantee does not cover:
- Pre-existing damage to garments not disclosed at intake
- Normal wear and tear after collection
- Damage caused by improper care after service
- Fabric defects or degradation not caused by our work
- Changes in fit due to weight fluctuation
Uncollected Items
Items not collected within three months of completion notification will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of uncollected items after this period. A storage fee may apply for extended storage beyond the initial collection period.
How to Report Issues
If you have concerns about completed work:
- Return to our location with the garment within seven days
- Contact us by phone or email to discuss the issue
- Bring your service receipt for reference
